Bras & Brides: Because Every Woman Deserves Support

A couple of weeks ago, 


I had the opportunity to do an editorial photo shoot for Something Blue magazine, featuring Eddy K Milano Couture gowns with photography by Asher James Co. It was the best night - the weather couldn't have been more gorgeous and the vibes were immaculate. My mom and Stephanie always volunteer me for these shoots and as much as they make me crazy, I also feel so lucky to be sharing these gowns and our beautiful city with everyone who sees them. 


The two gowns from the 2027 Milano Couture by Eddy K collection were so different, but each so special. "Anne Marie's" train cascading down a rock - perfection. "Monet's" all over lace and subtle sparkle felt so romantic on the beach. I love them both and I'm so glad they are part of our Signature Collection!

At Josephine’s Bridal, we believe there’s something powerful about women showing up for women.


October is both Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Domestic Violence Awareness Month, making it a meaningful time to celebrate women’s strength, resilience, and the importance of supporting one another. This year, we’re doing that through Bras & Brides, our October give-back campaign benefiting Safe Haven.


Throughout the month, we’re inviting every bride who visits Josephine’s to bring a new bra of any size to her bridal appointment. We’ll collect the bras and donate them to Safe Haven, where they can provide something simple but important to women in our community: comfort, dignity, and care.


As a thank-you for joining us, brides who donate a new bra will receive $200 off a Special Order wedding dress or $50 off an already-discounted Off The Rack wedding dress.


There’s something especially meaningful to us about connecting brides with this effort. A bridal appointment is filled with hope and anticipation for a new chapter ahead. Through Bras & Brides, that moment can also become an opportunity to support another woman as she moves toward a new chapter of her own.


It’s a small gesture with a beautiful purpose—and we hope our Josephine’s brides will help us fill our racks, boxes, and hearts with support this October.
